What we collect, and what we do with it.

This policy covers perdura.com.au and the apps Perdura & Co publishes on the app stores. It is written to be read. If anything in it is unclear, text or email us and we will answer.

Who we are

On this website

The 'Text me back' form. If you give us your mobile number we use it to text you back. We keep it with a note of where you came from, the ad or page that brought you here, so we can see which of our ads work. The text goes out through a messaging provider and the lead is posted to our team chat. Your IP address is held briefly to stop the form being abused. We keep the number until the conversation has run its course, or until you ask us to delete it.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and links get used. It sets no cookies, and the identifier it uses for a visit is a hash that cannot be turned back into you. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

Texting or emailing us. We keep the messages you send us for as long as we are working with you, then archive them.

In our apps

Our apps are built to keep your data on your device. Unless an app tells you otherwise on its own screen:

You do not need an account, and we do not collect your name, email or location.
Nothing you enter leaves your device unless you choose to share or export it.
We use no advertising or tracking software of any kind.
If an app crashes, Apple or Google may send us a crash report, but only if you have turned on sharing with developers in your device settings. It holds technical detail about the crash, not your data.

Where an app does send data to us, for example to sync between your devices or to run an AI feature on our servers, the app says so before you turn that feature on, and this policy covers it the same way: we use it for the feature you asked for, we do not sell it, and you can delete it.

Who we share it with

Only the providers who help us run things: Vercel, who host this site; the messaging provider who sends our texts; the team chat where leads land; and Apple and Google, who run the app stores. Each holds data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information and we do not give it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the reason we collected it, then we delete it. Lead details go when the job is done or when you ask. App data that stays on your device is yours to delete by deleting the app.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Text 0485 07 33 44 or email wired-ai@perdura.com.au. We will answer within a few days and act within 30 days.

Security

The site and our services run over encrypted connections, access to lead data is limited to the two of us, and we keep as little as we can.

Children

Our site and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything material, we will say plainly here.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first and we will sort it out. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
